Claims of Fact
Statements asserting that something is, was, or will be True.
Claims of Policy
Statements asserting the addition, removal, or modification of a rule, procedure, or plan of action.
Claims of Value
Statements asserting that something is, was, or could be judged on a good-to-bad continuum.
Clarity
A Mode of Communication that generates confidence by ensuring the audience can easily understand, interpret, and engage with the speaker’s message through precision, structure, and coherence.
